This suffix is used to ask quantitative questions like “How big?” “How heavy?” and so forth. It is placed directly after the short form of the adjective:

• ལྗི་པོ་ “Heavy,” ལྗི་ལོས་ “How heavy?”
• ཆེན་པོ་ “Big,” ཆེ་ལོས་ “How big?”
• ཐག་རིང་པོ་ “Far,” ཐག་རིང་ལོས་ “How far?”
