This particle is very common, and may be used with both honorific and ordinary forms. It conveys a sense of urgency or danger, or implies a greater degree of coercion.

• གཟབ་བཟབ་གནང་ཨ། “Be careful!”
• མ་ལབ་ཨ། “Just don’t talk!”
