The auxiliary གི་ཡོད་ is used with reference to habitual facts that involve the speaker:

• ང་ན་གི་མེད། “I’m never ill.”
• སྔན་མ་ང་ཡག་པོ་མཐོང་གི་ཡོད། “Previously, I used to see well.”
• ངའི་བུ་མོ་སློབ་གྲྭ་ལ་འགྲོ་གི་ཡོད། “My daughter goes to school.”
• ཁོང་ངའི་ནང་ལ་ཡང་སེ་ཕེབས་ཀྱི་ཡོད། “He often comes to my place.”
