Maṇḍala offerings
“Maṇḍala offerings” is a practice of repeatedly creating small maṇḍalas using heaps of rice and three concentric discs placed on top of the other, and then offering these with visualized enhancements to the buddhas.
In the context of this being part of the “extraordinary preliminary practices” (sngon ‘gro) one is required to do before engaging in advanced tantric contemplation, one is expected to do this 100,000 times.
