Lantsha Script

The Lantsha, a Tibetan version of the Ranjana script of India, is commonly used in Bhutan to write decorative mantras on temple wall, prayer wheels and maṇi walls. The script is written on paper, painted on mud and metal surfaces, carved on wood and stone and embossed on metal. Some Lantsha is found also on books at the beginning of a book but it is not normally used as a script to write a full book.
