Fishing

In some parts of Bhutan, people undertake fishing for food. They use nets or hooks to catch fish. People also trap fish by blocking the flow of the water. In the Ada Rukha areas, a special delicacy of fish roasted on hot stone is made. While Bhutanese are not big fish eaters, today they consume a great deal of dried and fresh fish imported from India.
