Fist Holding

Bhutanese men engage in a game of holding the fist. The challenger holds the hand of the opponent around the wrist and should hold it and not let it go as the opponent wields and wriggles it to be freed from the grip of the challenger. The challeger who cannot hold the hand is considered lost and the opponent who cannot shake off the challeger's grip after several minutes is considered lost.
