Expulsion

Expulsion refers to a school-based disciplinary action in which a student is permanently excluded from classes and other school functions. The punishment effectively terminates the student’s education at that school, and the student is barred from being reintegrated into the school community at a future date. It is often the most extreme disciplinary action enacted by a school.
